Welcome to Travelon. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tour, purchasing a package, or using our website. By accessing our services, submitting a contact form, or paying a booking deposit, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Introduction & Scope of Services
Travelon (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a premier adventure and culture tourism service provider specializing in Northern Pakistan expeditions, including Hunza Valley, Skardu, Deosai, Swat, and Kalam. These Terms govern all bookings, itineraries, custom quotes, transport services, and guided tours provided by us.
2. Booking, Deposit, and Instant Confirmation
Booking Request: All booking inquiries made via our online custom forms, emails, or direct WhatsApp communications are subject to on-ground availability.
Security Deposit: A reservation is only considered valid once an initial booking security deposit is received and successfully processed through our authorized channels (Direct Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash).
Instant Confirmation: Upon receipt and validation of the required security deposit, we will issue a 100% instant booking confirmation. On-ground hotel blocks, vehicle deployments, and native guides are locked in immediately upon confirmation.
3. Customer-Centric Pricing Transparency
Zero Hidden Fees: In alignment with our customer-centric philosophy, the final price explicitly quoted to you in your booking invoice is the exact price you pay. There are absolutely no hidden corporate fees, surprise administration charges, or unmentioned premium markups.
Exclusions: Standard tour costs cover ground transportation, accommodation, and guide fees as specified in your chosen package. Unless explicitly added to a custom corporate or private package, personal expenses, souvenirs, medical insurance, and domestic/international flight tickets are excluded.
4. Itinerary Adjustments and Flexible Customization
Private Changes: We offer comprehensive flexibility for private groups, families, and corporate tours. Requested alterations to accommodations, duration, or route adjustments must be coordinated with our travel planners at least 7 days prior to departure and may be subject to third-party price variations (e.g., hotel seasonal rate shifts).
Unforeseen On-Ground Realities: Due to the rugged nature of mountain terrains, extreme weather conditions, or roadblocks, routes can shift unexpectedly. In such events, our native local guides reserve the right to modify itineraries on the fly to prioritize customer safety. Alternative routes or equal-tier accommodations will be provided.
5. Green Tourism & Responsible Travel Policy
Travelon strictly operates on sustainable, eco-friendly principles. By traveling with us, clients agree to comply with our Green Tourism Code of Conduct:
Environmental Preservation: Littering, throwing plastic waste, or damaging natural flora and fauna across pristine northern ecosystems is strictly prohibited. Waste must be disposed of in designated bags provided inside our premium transport vehicles.
Cultural Respect: Travelers must respect the traditions, clothing norms, and local heritage of the mountain communities we explore.
6. Safety, Transport, and Liability Disclaimer
Premium Transport Fleet: We provide strictly maintained, terrain-optimized premium vehicles to ensure safe navigation through high-altitude regions.
Inherent Risk: Adventure travel involves traversing remote areas with rugged environments. While our native local guides maintain the highest standards of safety, Travelon is not liable for personal injury, health conditions, altitude sickness, illness, or loss of personal baggage due to factors beyond our direct control. Travelers are highly encouraged to secure comprehensive independent travel insurance.
7. Cancellations and Refund Policy
Because we lock in local infrastructure, transport, and hotels immediately upon booking, cancellations are managed under the following terms:
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to departure: The security deposit is fully refundable, minus a minimal processing fee.
Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to departure: 50% of the initial deposit is forfeited to cover hotel/logistics cancellation penalties.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure: The security deposit is entirely non-refundable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts in Gilgit-Baltistan or Punjab, Pakistan.
